The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center’s annual Winter Warm-Up is a community-based effort to provide new coats, hats, and gloves to children and families in need.

El Winter Warm-Up anual del Centro Comunitario Martin Luther King, Jr. es un esfuerzo comunitario para proporcionar nuevos abrigos, gorros y guantes a los niños necesitados.

Registration

Registration will open December 5, 2023 at 10 a.m.

Individuals/families can sign up to receive a free coat for children ages 3 months – 18 years old (Limit 5 coats per household and 2 families per car during the distribution).

You must be registered to participate.

La inscripción se abrirá el 5 de diciembre de 2023 a las 10 a.m .

Las personas/familias pueden inscribirse para recibir un abrigo gratis para niños de 3 meses a 18 años (límite de 5 abrigos por hogar y 2 familias por auto durante la distribución).

Debes estar registrado para participar.

Coat Distribution

Distribution will take place on December 16, 2023, from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M., at the MLK, Jr. Community Center, located at 2922 MLK, Jr. Blvd, Dallas, TX 75215. This will be a drive-through event.

If you are unable to attend the drive-through event, you may pick up your coat on Monday, December 18, by close of business (5 p.m.)

Distribucion se tomara a cabo el 16 de Diciembre, 2023 a las 10:00 AM en el Centro Comunitario MLK Jr., localizado 2922 MLK, Jr. Blvd., Dallas, TX 75215. Será por auto-servicio.

Si no puede asistir al evento de autoservicio, puede recoger su abrigo el lunes 18 de diciembre antes del cierre del horario comercial (5 p.m.)

We are accepting donations of new coats, hats, and gloves, socks, sleeping bags, and blankets, which can be delivered to the MLK, Jr. Community Center Administration Building.
